Professional Courier Review - Worst courier service
Professional service is the worst courier service. If a parcel is sent to a person, the professional service doesn't offer home delivery. They say a stupid reason that it’s out of city. If that was the case, they should have informed the customer while placing the courier request. They keep mum, collect the amount from them and send it back to the same person who initiated the parcel request after 10 days. Though mobile number is written on bold letters on the parcel, they don’t even call and inform us. If they do so, we can collect if from the headquarter. But the Professional service guys sends the parcel back without even calling the customer’s once. This has happened to me fourth time.
Some Idoits working in professional courier, eat the chocolates that comes with the courier. They unpack the parcel to see what’s inside. If there is something good, they steal it.

I have used professional courier 2 or 3 times as in my native, i have only that service. Luckily I got good service from them. I got very bad experience from Bluedart.

In that envelope i had put SODEXO Coupons worth Rs. 1120/- and that was duly packed by me at your courier office, but my Father received the Courier without Sodexo Coupons i.e EMPTY Envelope and the main point is packing of Envelope is also changed from back side.
ReplyDeleteI really want to say that, This is very unprofessional and unexpected from any Courier Company and with this type of theft/cheatings, no one can trust any Courier Company for safe and right delivery of their particulars.

ReplyDeleteIt's ridiculous how these companies are still being allowed to operate in India. Not a single courier is delivered to the recipient, they ask them to collect it from their hub. Page after page of complaints and no one gives a crap. Even their website doesn't have the registered address/HO, email or even customer care call centre number. Avoid this like the plague. I wish this company and it's promoters die a horrible death.
