Ingredients: Octinoxate 7.5% Oxybenzone 4%, Castor (Ricinus Communis) Seed Oil, Corn (Zea Mays) Oil, Ozokerite, Petrolatum, Beeswax, Ethylhexyl Palmitate, Paraffin, Stearyl Alcohol, Carnauba (Copernicia Cerifera) Wax, BHT.
In any lip Balm, the below ingredients has to be avoided.
- Parabens
- Petrolatum or Petroleum
- Chemical Dyes
- Mineral Oil
- Octinoxate
- Oxybenzone
- Avobenzone
- Cinnimate
If you could see, there are 3 dangerous Ingredients Octinoxate, Oxybenzone and Petrolatum added to the product and hence this lip balm should be avoided.
Hi! I did not know that lip balms could even be harmful if swallowed. I will be careful while buying lip balms from now on. It is true that beauty products should be thoroughly checked before any purchase. They can contain dangerous chemicals that harm our skin.
