How much should you drink every day?

If you type the same in google, you will get 1000 of suggestions. Few will suggest drinking 8 liter of water is only good for health. Few others would suggest, if you drink more water, your kidney will keep functioning and fail soon (WTH!?)
But one thing is clear; drinking 8 liters of water is really dangerous. I feel, an 8-ounce glass is only interpreted as 8 liter of water.

Lack of water may lead to dehydration and excess of water intake may lead to kidney problems. Drinking right amount of water is extremely crucial. There are various factors needs to be considered .Your Age, weight, height and your living location like tropical or cold.

  • 2 glasses of water after waking up - Helps activate internal organs
  • 1 glass of water 30 minutes before a meal -Helps digestion
  • 1 glass of water before taking a bath - Helps lower blood pressure
  • 1 glass of water before going to bed - Avoids stroke or heart attack

  1. Hydration calculator la while selecting country India missing... And these calculations utter waste ... Whenever we need water the body will alert us in the form of thirst. When we are thirsty at that time drinking water is enough ....

    1. Thirst is the extreme form of altering... if you wait for thirst to remind you to drink water, you will not have enough water....
      and regarding India missing, complain to police :P

    2. Thirst is the first sign of dehydration. If your body needs water it will alert u only in the form of thirst that is biological mechanism of the body ... without thirst if u suggest drink drink drink then surely it will affect ur health condition. And now a days drinking water is not so pure u have to use clay pot or copper vessel to purify the water or can use vettiver to purify n drink. Read this just for ur reference

    3. India missing, complain to police :P/// indha nakkalukku korachal illa... but wrong information on drinking water. My suggestion is to drink while u feel thirst or else ur kidney will get affected ...
