A radiant glowing skin is the dream for most of the women and below is the tips to get a clear skin.


Food and the Skin:
Food plays a vital role in getting a clear skin. There are often times, when a person gets pimples and we tend to suggest them to reduce oily foods. A clear face is always admired and envied by everyone.

  • Make sure, your food is colorful - Include lots of Fruits and Vegetables. Your plate should contain minimum 5 colors of variety of fruits and vegetables.
  • Drink a glass of Luke water every morning to detoxify your body.
Yoga to the clear skin:
To get a clear skin, both mind and soul has to be relaxed and happy. The best way to achieve this is by doing yoga every morning.

Ayurveda Products for the Young Skin:

Face pack for a glowing skin:
Though there are numerous face packs suggested in google are choice are always the below 3 packs

  • Apply Multani mitti and leave it for 20 minutes and wash with luke water
  • Mix Green gram powder, milk or curd, rose water and make it to thick paste. Apply it all over you face and neck and leave it for 20 minutes and wash with cold water.
  • Mix Oat meal with milk and apply it all over your face and neck. This is the best face pack to refresh your skin.
Body massage for shining skin:

  • Try taking a body massage with coconut oil or almond oil or olive oil once in a week.
Smile:

  • Smile is the best exercise for the face and it is proven that a smile reduces wrinkles.

Sleep for a fresh look:
There are millions of people who are affected with insomnia. A sound sleep of 8 hours is mandatory to feel fresh and energy. A day got up after a sound sleep would result in face looking brighter. "Sleeping beauty" - The word itself reflects that sleep makes a person beautiful.

How to get a sound sleep:

  • Invest in Pillow and mattress. Buy a Good, comfortable mattress and pillow that would make your neck and back to relax comfortable.
  • Drinking a glass of warm milk also induces good sleep
  • Take a bath in hot water before the sleep
  • Avoid doing heavy work outs before 3-4 hours of sleeping time. A relaxed walk is advisable.
  • Make your bedroom, only to sleep. No working or eating on bed.
  • Keep all your electronic items like mobile phone, laptop, TV outside the bed room and build your bed room in a low light.

Above all, never worry for anything. Always keep your mood cheerful and happy. That would reflect in your face.

Few warnings:

  • Frequently change your Powder puff.
  • Use separate towels and Soaps
  • Don't keep touching your face with fingers or hands.
